“International Manpower Cooperation Center” is one department of doing international labor export belongs to Xian Electric Engineering Co., Ltd (XIAN ELECTRIC for short). XIAN ELECTRIC was established in 1986, legal entity by China Ministry of Commerce, (original name is Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation), to conduct various products or technology export with the privileges of import and export, and also it was granted to dispatch the manpower personnel of various kinds, such as: engineering, manufacturing and service trades to work abroad.

XIAN ELECTRIC is a member of China International Contractors Association and China International Economic Cooperation Association. Moreover, it’s the managing director member of Shaanxi International Economic Cooperation Enhancement Administrative Council. Since 1986, our business on international manpower cooperation has been developed very fast based on main business operation. We adopted contract with projects, technology consultation, maintenance service and equipment installation’s instruction or training to send almost 5,000 workers abroad successively, like Thailand, Nepal, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Hongkong, Singapore, Pakistan, Colombia, Vietnam and so on.

XIAN ELECTRIC is conducting business of international manpower cooperation all-year-round, adopt for multilateral or bilateral agreement confer between the State, folk cooperation, technology exchange or other mode. According to the client’s requirement, we offer technological workers or advanced personnel from every walk of life. In addition, at present, international trade area is rising up a new service ---Epibolic Mode, sending engineering contingent, which is made up of technologists and workers to carry out various epibolic mode projects.

XIAN ELECTRIC set up many kinds of professional training base, which spread around Shaanxi province conglomerately, it provided with advanced equipment, teaching laboratories, experiment factories, and large quantities of teaching group with high-level.
